Vision, Mission and Values

The Centre de Reconstruction Esthétique et Orthopédique du Québec (CREOQ) was founded in 2021 by twin sisters Dr. Perry and Dr. Marie Gdalevitch, plastic surgeon and orthopedic surgeon respectively.

They created the center with the firm conviction that a specialized surgical center, managed by two specialist surgeons, represents an advantage in terms of quality assurance and the safety of surgical patients treated there.

This clinic project was founded on the need to offer an optimized environment, very different from what is found in hospitals, all in a spirit of customer service for both patients and surgeons. Through a more humane approach, in a warm and comforting setting, the Gdalevitch surgeons wish to offer their patients the assurance of care based on their own values: surgical excellence and the highest safety with an attentive and personalized approach.

By combining their mutual expertise, the Gdalevitch sisters have created in CREOQ an environment where patients could have a positive and peaceful experience, while providing employees and surgeons with state-of-the-art technology, allowing them to perform complex plastic and orthopedic surgeries in a safe environment guaranteeing excellence. We also wish to prioritize a culture of employee appreciation by offering a stimulating, collaborative, and healthy work environment.

Defining the vision, mission, and values of a surgery center is essential to guide its operations, align its staff, and communicate its objectives to patients and partners. Here are the vision, mission, and values specific to the Centre de Reconstruction Esthétique Orthopédique du Québec.
