Following a comprehensive on-site assessment conducted from January 16 to 17, 2025, Accreditation Canada’s in-depth evaluation confirmed that CREOQ has achieved excellence in meeting national and global healthcare standards. This evaluation was part of the Qmentum Global™ program, which assesses healthcare organizations against rigorous quality and safety standards.
